Our AI chatbot helps your prospect quickly summarize and retrieve the information you’ve shared in the Destination. This is especially valuable when multiple text documents are included, as it guides your prospect to the right answer faster.

How the Data Is Processed

  • When the chatbot analyzes documents, the content is converted into token vectors.
  • These vectors enable fast and efficient search within your documents.
  • The token vector index is available across your account for search efficiency. However:
  • For a specific destination, only the documents stored in that destination are used to generate answers.

Learning and Model Usage

  • The system does not learn from your information or documents.
  • Your data is never used to train the AI model.

Technology, Storage & Security

  • We use Anthropic Claude 4.0 as the underlying Large Language Model (LLM).
  • No data (neither content nor chats) is forwarded to or stored by Anthropic.
  • All data processing takes place exclusively on AWS servers in Frankfurt.
  • AWS does not store any prompts or results, and no data is used for training purposes.
